At Que Tal Celebrations, we want you to love your party decor! Because our items are carefully prepared and packaged for your big milestones, please review our guidelines for cancellations, returns, and exchanges below.
24-Hour Window: We offer a 24-hour cancellation window from the exact time your order is placed. If you change your mind or need to cancel, please email us immediately within this timeframe for a full refund.
Dispatched Orders: Once the 24-hour window has passed, or if an item has already been fulfilled, shipped out, and is ready for dispatch from our studio, the order cannot be canceled or refunded while in transit.
If you no longer need the items after they have shipped, you are welcome to initiate a standard return once the package safely arrives at your delivery address.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your order once it is received, under the following conditions:
Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for a flat return shipping cost of $4.99. We will send you a Return Label.
Processing Your Refund: Once your returned order is successfully received and inspected at our warehouse, we will promptly process your item refund back to your original payment method.
Shipping Fees: Please note that any original shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable.
We are happy to accommodate exchanges if you need a different theme, style, or item for your celebration!
Exchange Shipping: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with sending the original item back and dispatching the new item.
Return Shipping Fee: Customers are responsible for a flat return shipping cost of $4.99. We will send you a Return Label.
Processing Your Exchange: Once we successfully receive your returned item at our warehouse, we will process and ship your new exchange item accordingly. You may return any product ordered from Que Tal website for an exchange within 14 calendar days after the date of delivery. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging (with tags attached where applicable).
