Yes, we are happy to help you adjust your order details! If you need to add or remove items or change your product quantities, please keep our guidelines in mind:
⏳ Within 24 Hours: We can easily process these changes for you! Simply email your request along with your order number to support@quetalcelebrations.com
📦 After 24 Hours: Because our studio works quickly to get your party supplies ready, we cannot guarantee modifications after this window. However, please still reach out to us! We can't promise it will be possible, but we will always try our absolute best to accommodate your request before your package is dispatched.
We know that moving can be incredibly hectic! If you accidentally checked out using your old address, here is how we can assist:
✅ Within 24 Hours: We can absolutely update the shipping address for you. Please email your new details and your order number to support@quetalcelebrations.com immediately.
🛑 After 24 Hours / Already Fulfilled: Once this 24-hour window closes and your order has been fulfilled, we are unfortunately unable to alter the address or reroute the package.
↩️ If the package cannot be delivered: If no one is at your previous address to accept the delivery, the carrier will eventually return it to our warehouse. Once it safely arrives back in our hands, we will gladly process a refund for your ordered items.
Unfortunately, we cannot modify the billing address once an order has been finalized.
However, please don't worry! Your billing address is strictly used for secure payment verification during checkout. It will not affect the shipment or delivery of your order in any way—your beautiful decorations will still head straight to the shipping address you provided.
